"Super location…5 minutes walk to subway/trains. Narita direct from the station! Hotel gardens are serene…there are “3” hotels in same area and they share the garden. Rooms are spacious, bright, clean and quiet. Only downside is the gym…. Just 2 treadmills and 2 bikes… Value is good compared to downtown Tokyo!"

"We had an incredible stay at ANA HolidayTokyo Bay! This is officially our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city and to the Haneda airport. The breakfast was simply divine, with a wonderful variety of delicious options to start the day. But what truly made our stay special was the staff—they were so kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We fell in love with Tokyo, and this hotel played a huge part in that. It’s located in the best possible spot. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!"

"Everything about Tokyu Stay Gotanda is great! Staff is wonderful! We have stayed at other Tokyu Stays and this one does seem older, but we will come back as we love the amenities at Tokyu Stay Gotanda and cleanliness and location!!! It was nice to be offered cold bottled drinks in the afternoon!"

"This hotel was a gem during our stay in Tokyo. It is adjacent to the Gotanda Station (Yamote Line) with direct access to Shingawa, Shibuya, Harajiku, and more. Such easy convienient launching place. In spite of the many reviews complaining about train noise, we didn't find that to be an issue at all. It's a city. Cities are rarely quiet in my opinion. The beds were comfortable and rooms larger than other hotels I've stayed in in Tokyo. Downstairs is a Family Mart, across the street is an organic market, and a couple doors down was a Lawson's Natural. There are restaurants in the area, but I can not speak to them as we were always out and about for meals. When we return to Tokyo this will be our go to choice for hotels."

"As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "
