"Shiadu boutique hotels in both Lisbon and Porto did not disappoint. Both are truly excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, and especially breakfast! Casa dos Loios’s location is very central . The hotel is also near the metro and the train station which is another plus. I would definitely book here when I return to Porto."

"The hotel is in a great location with only eight rooms ,I believe. It has no immediate access for vehicles or parking so you will have to wheel your luggage to the entrance which is a short distance from the main road. Beside this minor inconvenience the staff is wonderful and will help with everything including your luggage from vehicle to room and back ! Special mention for Isabel at the front desk whom is very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to about everything ' Porto '."

"A lovely retreat overlooking the Douro, only 11 bedrooms so it’s very quiet and relaxing. Everything about the property is perfect, clean, fabulous staff and a wonderful breakfast with loads of choices. Tucked away but a short and cheap Uber or Bolt ride into the city centre or to the beaches."

"Awesome location and friendly, helpful staff!"

"スタッフはとても丁寧で部屋もとても綺麗です。駅から近いですが急な坂になっており、ホテルにもエレベーターがないのでスーツケースで旅行する際は注意が必要です。"

"Great hotel in Porto. The rooms are well laid out. The terrace and pool deck are a lovely retreat from the city. Breakfast is great with fresh bread and pastries. Service is attentive and friendly. Location close to main Porto attractions."

"This is a convenient, functional, good value budget hotel in a great location very near to the airport. There are limited food options nearby however Norte Shopping Centre is about 20 minutes away by tube and has an immense array of different food options. The breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t suitable for my dairy intolerance but was practical and convenient for those with no allergies. My husband said the ham and cheese sandwiches were very good. The bed was comfortable and the airport...

"Clean, comfortable hotels with everything you need and very reasonable price"
