"Expected more out this hotel, especially for the price. The bedding was still partially wet, unable to reach hotel staff to remedy as we arrived late. Unable to utilize heater to make up for the wet down comforter due to smell. Thankful there was a spare blanket in the closet."

"I have never had a bad experience like this. When we arrived we had to check in on a webcam/computer with someone remote. Then I went to the room.
