Booked a room ( large king) for three people- 2 adults and a teen grandson who had an early morning flight out, The sofa bed was not set up. The bathroom lacked the amenities I expected at a Hyatt. Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Amazing safe gated resort with lots of amenities and a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. Only thing is it's a cashless resort would be fine if I lived in the USA, but for someone who doesn’t wasn't very convenient.
