"Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful."
"This hotel was outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door everything is perfect. Beautiful decor. The staff could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and really set us up for the day. The main square was 20 minutes walk from the hotel, if you turn right out of the front door it's a straight road there. "Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."

"Good location with trams, eating places not far from square and about 30 mins walk to Wavel Castle but we used tram and Bolt taxi very cheap. Buffet breakfast good for buffet had couple of hot options. Staff excellent. "
"Stayed for one week. We had 5 rooms in total and everyone was happy here. Great location with a very short walk to Old Town. Quiet and a nice escape after a busy day. Nice amenities are included (pool, gym, rooftop, bar and lounge areas). Layout and design are intuitive and convenient. I will stay here again."
