"We stayed at Lanelay Hall for two nights. Everything was excellent from the accommodation (lovely room) to the food in the GLOK restaurant to the staff - particularly the staff who were so friendly and helpful. We would fully recommend this hotel to anyone."
"Stayed one night after a work event in Swansea. Decor is dated and could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. But clean and a perfectly good budget hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and had the added surprise that I could have it delivered to my room! Would stay again!"

"Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. "

"The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The staff were all very helpful. The room was bright & airy with views over the garden. The room & bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable.
The only negative of our stay was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the hot water took a while to filter through."
