We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices

The rooms has terrible air flow and ventilation and the aircon does not cool down below 20c. My wife and child were sweating and we had to talk sternly with hotel staff to get a small table fan which didn't help.
