"We loved our stay at the Clayton! The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was unreal. So many options, and the coffee machine was a total bonus. Very close to the action of Merchant city, but none of the noise. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Glasgow!"

"We had a great stay with the family. The rooms were really clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The Pool and Spa facilities were great as well and with a 5 year old who loves swimming this was well used by us. Only one slight feedback was the pillows were a bit too soft but everything else was great. In one of the rooms the air con wasn't working but we were given an oil heater, fans and even the option to change rooms but the heater and fans were more than enough."

"The staff is wonderful, and the room is pretty nice! Perfect location, too! It would be better for a short stay since they don't replenish things like coffee/tea or bath towels as part of room service. My inly complaint is the noise. I love that they allow dogs, but they need to be kept to the first floor. If you have one above you, you will not sleep. It's amazing how much noise they make. Noise issues from people, too. Slamming doors all night long. "

"Normally stay here when I'm in Glasgow. Location is perfect for me with my trains arriving into Central station, the lobby is excellent for working during my visit with plentiful power sockets for laptops and a quiet relaxed vibe. Another very comfortable and easy stay with Motel One. It was also extremely cheap this time round, perhaps because of the roadworks taking place outside, but these had zero impact on my stay, the hotel is tall and I heard no noise from them. "
