"Everything was very nice and clean here! Very walkable to tram lines, shopping and tons of food choices. Amenities were well kept and convenient hours. All Staff from the parking attendants to the checkin were also super kind and helpful. Restaurant and coffee shop on site was super convenient and delicious, but a bit expensive. A lot to do around the building. Only complaint was that house keeping did not replace our conditioner one night, so we were completely out mid shower and just went without. Water pressure was low, also. A very small compliant, no worries as we didn’t ask for more and just assumed it’d be replaced when housekeeping came in, but was it was not. We will stay again, probably every time we plan a trip to SLC."

"No issues with parking. Check-in was a little rough as far as wait time. Room AC didn’t keep the room temp at the set temp during the hot days. Washer and dryer work. I wish there were better instructions for how to use it as far as what buttons to push for each function after inserting your coins. The dryer’s lint trap area was obviously full and in need of a vacuum; the lint trap didn’t fully sit inside its area. Rooms are spacious, but the TVs are too small for the distance between them and the bed. It seems the rooms are a little outdated. Breakfast was good, no issues there! Overall, there’s a reason it’s the cheapest in town, but still, I expected a little bit more than what I experienced. I understand it’s just a Comfort Inn, but it’s not a Motel 6 on the side of the road, you know. If you just need a place to land near Temple Square and want free parking and breakfast, this is the place! "

"Room was clean and bed was super comfortable, compared to other places I’ve stayed. Hot water for shower was hot. Staff at check in were extremely helpful and polite. Very convenient location. Right on the green line which can be taken straight to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I did not end up staying at the Metropolitan, I asked to see the room and it was horrible. I left. Note to everyone Expedia does nothing to give back a full refund if the place is horrible ! Expedia won’t let you cancel a horrible place as it will tell you the stay is in process. Beware of who you are booking with! "
