Top Trolley Square Hotel Reviews

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

10/10 Excellent

"Muy buen servicio Muy limpios los cuartos Excelente ubicación"

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City

8/10 Good

"It's like McDonalds, you know exactly what you are getting, but it's not the best, especially for the money. And they charge extra for parking. It's not real close to the city center area, but not super far either. All together, it's tolerable but could be better, especially for $250 (after taxes, fees, parking) a night."

Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek

10/10 Excellent

Comfort Inn Salt Lake City Downtown

8/10 Good

"I will start with the positive. The place was clean, though clearly not new. I had no problem at all with the facilities. The maintentance guy, Ben, was very helpful to me and basically saved my bacon. He is the reason I rated the staff higher than I would have. Also, the maid was very congenial and offered to help me with something. I wish I'd caught her name. The breakfast was adequate and pretty much what I expected, not perfect, but including it was very helpful. I was grateful that parking was included. Check in, however, was not so great. First of all, I arrived early, I knew I was early, just wanted to see if I could check in before the venue opened or if I'd have to wait until late at night, and if so, let them know. It was before 1 and was told that there wouldn't be any rooms available until 1 p.m. I sat there a good while, until another family came in and he put them in a room He wasn't very fast at check in, so I had to wait. I went up and asked him again. He put me in a room. It was a single king sized bed. I booked a double queen, which is okay sometimes, but I actually needed both beds this time as I wasn't alone. I came back down and had to get my room changed. The bill never did make sense to me and it is some sort of deal between Expedia (which says hotels take care of the deposit) and the hotel. I still don't know if I pd. on or not. Need to finish checking accts. This needs to be addressed, since others I know haven't had a problem."
