"The hotel is an older hotel which has been refurbished (nicely) Except the Elevators. We where there for a Conference at SALT convention center across the street. 4 elevators going up and 3 were out of order most of the time from March 4th-7th. I was on the 10th floor and twice we had to walk down because the wait was 15+ min. and we wanted to be on time for our conference classes. This was really unacceptable & fortunately I was not handicapped but those that were had really long waits. Mgmt waited way too long to refurbish or replace those elevators!!! "

"My granddaughters love staying here. They love the breakfast and the pool. The staff is very friendly. The only reason for 4 stars on a couple of things is the parking. Not the most convenient and you have to pay. That part really stinks"
