"Good stop just off the M6. Travelling with a dog and baby we were given a really good sized ground floor room within easy reach of the car park (which is large and free if you enter your reg at the desk). Room service comes in the form of ordering at the bar to be delivered to your room - food from the restaurant was decent albeit one order was wrong and some extras were missing so had to return to the bar to request them. Didn't use the pool/spa facilities but they looked good!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise everything was in working order and spacious. Restaurant is very nice and our breakfast was great."
