"We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating .
When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room .
We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were good. Especially the nice older lady - I think she was in charge at breakfast this morning. Nice location and enjoyed strolling around the village. Had dinner there last night too. Both

"This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. "
"The host (Robert) who comes in the morning to cook your breakfast is what sets this property apart from any place I've ever stayed. And I've traveled to almost 30 countries now. He's enjoyable to talk to and genuinely enjoys his guests. He has great info and insight and cooks an excellent breakfast as well. The dining room coffee machine brews excellent coffee options too. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was just fine but what elevated my one night stay was the warmth of the staff. From reception to the bartenders and the wait staff at breakfast there was nothing other than genuine friendliness and kind consideration, none of the corporate smarminess one might find or usually finds in chain hotels. "Nigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better.

"As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile....
