"We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating .
When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room .
We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone

"This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. "
"The hotel was just fine but what elevated my one night stay was the warmth of the staff. From reception to the bartenders and the wait staff at breakfast there was nothing other than genuine friendliness and kind consideration, none of the corporate smarminess one might find or usually finds in chain hotels. And a two minute drive to the golf course. Nice!"

"Absolutely delighted to have found Prospect house, esp as a solo traveller. Alva and her team were kind, warm, friendly and made me feel welcome. The house was very familiar and homely.
The room was cosy and very comfortable bed. Slept soundly. Had a kettle in my room and welcome biscuits :)
Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh to order every day. No mean feat!

"As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile....
"Spent two weeks travelling through Ireland and Larkhill House was our favourite place to stay! The house and our room was so beautiful! Beds were so comfortable and great pillows!
Jenny was an amazing host, so welcoming and gave us a taste of real Irish hospitality! The breakfast was the best.
There is a Lidl and gas station nearby you can walk to. Location was great, short drive to Bushmills, castle, Royal Portrush gold club and Portrush.
I highly recommend and would definitely go back!!"
