"Very convenient location minutes away from train station. Very congested area, older area. Room was nice size, nice bathroom. Broken light next to bed, older outlets no USB. No hand soap no body was though there was a container in the shower, there was shampoo. There was a lot of noise inside until 10 pm then settled down. No refreshment or snack vending machine. Check in was fast but didn't help with bags and disappeared quickly after. Bed was big, but hard. Was ok for a night but the area...

"Lovely hotel,fresh coffee and pastries available free of charge st the reception area. We had a room on the 3rd floor, there was an outside terrace available. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.,provided us with done tops for restaurants on our first night. The room was a tripple,spacioys and clean."

"We had a pleasant stay. Reception accommodated us upon early arrival. For an additional cost we chose the breakfast served at the hotel, it was excellant. Conveniently located within walking distance to all the sites and local street car close by. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again"

"Très sympatique réception de la part de Frédéric malgré l'heure (très) tardive de mon arrivée. Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne. A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations. Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous."

"Een dame achter de receptie was buitengewoon onvriendelijk gedurende ons verblijf. Het hotel wordt verbouwd en het restaurant is daarom in de ontbijtzaal. Weinig sfeer daardoor. We wilden roomservice op de 2e dag en dat kon blijkbaar niet. Helaas stond dat nergens en werd dit zeer onvriendelijk via de telefoon medegedeeld. We konden dan wel iets laten bezorgen. Communicatie kon beter. We konden ook in het restaurant bestellen en dat zelf ophalen, maar daar moesten we zelf achter komen. Er werd...
