"The room was clean with nice decor as was Reception. In Reception there was a water machine and a tea/coffee machine which was great.
The hotel was central in the town - great location. Lots of shops and beautiful buildings.
It was about half an hour walk to the main station (went to Bruges for the day from here) we enjoyed the walk as crossed many canals, but you could take a bus/tram to the station.
Would definitely stay here again."

"An excellent hotel. The staff were unfailingly helpful, the facilities excellent and all areas of the place sparkling clean. The room and bathroom were well designed, not large but there was adequate space. The room looked out onto a fairly busy road but there must have been superb soundproofing because the traffic noise was barely a murmur in the room."

"Good location, and the room was a good size. The staff was attentive. The only problem we had was a clogged sink. And the nights were bad for sleeping because the air conditioning wasn't working; we had to open the window a little because of the heat, which caused mosquitoes to get in and leave us covered in bites."

"We did not like the shower and sink on the 2nd floor of our hotel room. If you used the toilet you had to go upstairs to wash your hands. Room was tight!!! But so beautiful!! Bed was hard. Perfect location!"

"The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals."
