If arriving by train, you will need to take a taxi (only 13-14 Euros). "A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient.
