The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. "Good size room. Well situated. We had a beautifull view from the room. Contact went really smooth, we asked for extra pillows and they were brought immediately. It is quite close to a busy road, so traffic is hearable. Had to close the window at night."
