"The staff especially Jennifer was very very helpful. The key stopped working every time we went to our room and had to go back to the desk. Apparently Hilton put a new system in. We met other guests that had the same issue. Then, when we checked out we went to the parking garage to get our car the gate wont open. We had to call customer service twice to get the gate open."

"This is a great Marriott connected to the Tampa airport. It couldn’t be more convenient for a stay at or around the airport. Didn’t stay long enough to try out the amenities but the bed was comfy and the shower was nice. Can’t beat the convenience!! Staff was friendly too!!"

"What a horrible experience. Smug, condescending front desk. Extremely weak coffee in the restaurant (and when I asked for another pitcher, I was told 'it is what it is'.). The waitress did not come back to see if we wanted more water, if everything was ok,, etc. And no - it wasnt busy - only 3 tables were occupied. An emergeny came up, but they would not credit the missing day. The 'kid' actuallty laughed at my husband. Marriott has definitely gone downhill. It will be the last time I spend money there!!"

"Pool not open, never communicated prior to booking. Rooms are loud. Not impressed."

"We came back to the room in the middle of the night and the bath tub was 2-3 inches of nasty dirty water that was coming up from the tub. Had to get switched to a different room on the second floor. It seemed at this may have been a known problem as the room had a strong smell of cleaner/ air freshener to cover up. The person at the front desc mentioned a possible rate reduction to to the inconvenience of having to move all our stuff to another room in the middle the night.( we will see what I actually get charged)"
