"Anna at the front desk was extremely helpful. I arrived at Tampa International Airport and was on the hot mess express train. Anna was able to give me perfect directions over the phone on where to go in the airport to meet the shutle. Due to my poor navigation skills, I did have to call her several times to ensure i made it to the right spot. I also surprised her with my crew of seven. "No problem",she said. She called, Teven, made him aware of our party size and he got us to the hotel safely. As soon as i walked through the door, Anna greeted me by first name. She must have recognized my voice from the 10 times i called her from the airport. It was so frequent, my phone added her as a favorite. Although my party was only 7, i was meeting 11 other family members at this hotel as well. The staff was able to put up with my crazy 18 family members (myself included). All of us enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back in the future! I just wish i got a selfie with Anna!!!"

"Staff was great very nice. The place was clean. A bit of mold in shower. The bedding was the worst. I could not sleep the sheets kept coming off the mattress. The mattress was old. Would not recommend if you intend on sleeping. "

"Pool was closed. You are obligated to pay for parking, you choose between $35 for valet or $27 self park per day. Front desk advised it is $27 per day, in which resets at midnight, therefore for one overnight stay self park will cost you $54. I booked a room with full bay view, high floor. Little did I know it was overlooking the causeway where I had to listen to cars reving their engine all night. The room smelled musty. I chose The Westin because I stayed here previously a few years ago, and it was different. I will not be returning to this location. I am truly disappointed."
