"The first room we got into had weird smell, two beds that made it look like a make shift double room, and a bathroom door that looked like it got smashed in and was barely hanging on. After we got our room switched the second room had a weirder smell, drain system fir shower was disconnected, and bugs were found in the sink and toilet. After our second night we found black mold in out shower and the outlet in the bathroom started to fizzle before blowing a circuit and shutting off the power"

"Had an absolutely great stay during the BTS concert in Tampa! The room I stayed in was very spacious, had good amenities, and was super clean and convenient. The property itself is very cute and had a lot of great conveniences during my stay, including a little area to buy snacks, beverages, and even instant/frozen meals. The area around the hotel is beautiful and has plenty of options when it comes to shopping, dining, etc. In my case, it was very near the stadium, which is initially why I picked it, but I would absolutely come here again even if I wasn't going to the stadium simply because the atmosphere was great. A big thank you to everyone who helped make concert weekend special for me and for a lot of people!"

"2 days in a tow found a cockroach in the room. You need to ask for someone to come clean the room. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overpriced for what you get. Paid almost $400 a night for 1 king size bed, due to BTS concert in town."
