"The place is ok I guess for the price. Rooms are quite small. There was almost no space to layout the luggage. There is a small bar/coffee shop in the lobby but it’s hardly ever manned. Breakfast was just ok. Location is great and very close to shops and restaurants in Dotonburi. I will not stay here again though."

"The hotel is in a very central and accessible area being connected to the Namba station, Takashimaya department store and many other shops. We booked the Waon suite and it was very nice with a really great showering area. The staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast is quite good with a large selection and Ina gorgeous location on the 36th floor. We are coming back here in December ! Also lots of restaurants on site but we didn’t try any of them."

"Amazing hotel! Very clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff! One of the best features of this hotel is the LOCATION! Bus took us directly from KIX airport to the station next to hotel. From the hotel we had access to 2 of the main train/subway stations and had access to absolutely everywhere we wanted to go. Short walking distance to the main places you want to visit while in Osaka. One sad thing is that the gym is a la carte, meaning you have to pay $20 each use. But for the very affordable price of the rooms here, it wasnt that big of a deal to pay for the gym. Also, in true America fashion, dont plans on the Osen with Tattoos. Unless you have only 2 and small enough to cover with skin tape. Other than that, thing place was perfect for my wife and I. Also, a little bed hack, get a 2 twin bed room and push them together for MEGA BED! Have fun and enjoy, we sure did!"

"The hotel located right next to Parks Namba shopping area and pretty close to Nankai Namba station. The staffs were super helpful and friendly. I upgraded to the Club level room, and it came with the club lounge access which includes breakfast, afternoon snacks and light dinner (sushi)/ Alcohol ( champagne and wine). It was definitely a pleasant surprise! I throughly enjoyed it! The room has huge windows with gorgeous view of Osaka and super clean. Loved it! Only negative thing was super tiny toilet room ( no hand soap, had to take one of body washer from the shower) which is opposite side of the rest of bathroom ( shower, tub and sink) It was so small and almost impossible to use a tiny sink in that cramped space to wash your hands. I'm not a big person, so be prepared to use a small toilet room. Maybe different room has a different setup, but I can only speak for the room I stayed. Overall, I had a great experience! The staff made everything better, extremely professional staffs. Thank you. "

"We stayed at Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba for 3 nights in May and overall had a good experience, mainly because of the excellent location. The hotel is only around 500 metres from Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashisuji shopping district, with countless restaurants, shops, arcades, and department stores nearby. This is definitely the biggest reason to stay here. The room was small at around 19sqm, but very clean, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and had a reasonable understanding of English. Google Translate helped a lot during our stay. Breakfast was decent overall, although western options were limited. One downside was the room temperature in the mornings. Heat and sunlight through the windows became very intense, so we needed to keep the air conditioning running on cold to stop the room heating up quickly. The room was comfortable again by afternoon and evening. The laundry facilities were unfortunately terrible. Everything required an app called AQ Connection with Japanese-only instructions and no coin or cash option. The dryers were also very inefficient and expensive compared to typical coin laundries elsewhere in Japan. Overall, while we enjoyed the stay, we felt AUD $1,000+ for 3 nights was a bit expensive considering the small room, average view, and poor laundry facilities. However, the location is outstanding and makes this hotel a strong option for exploring Osaka."
