"It was a wonderful experience for us, who were looking forward to experiencing Japanese culture through a bath.
We are very grateful for the polite and prompt response of the staff and the good location of this inn.
We would like to recommend this inn to everyone.
We would like to visit again."
"The photos of the hotel look significantly better then when we saw it in person. In person the hotel wasn’t bad but it was not overly clean and was no where near as nice as the photos. "
"The onsen in the hotel is simple but wonderful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the rooms seem a bit on the older end, they are kept very clean and the service was awesome."
"The hotel is close to city center attractions and metro station. The staff was friendly and the size of the room was ok. Overall it is a good place to stay for catching flight the next day."

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has the greatest breakfast it is varied and with excellent service. The area around is not very clean and full of people but the hotel itself is good, the lobby furniture needs a little love and cleaning. The hotel room was excellent the checkout was fast with a machine. Overall the hotel is great and the breakfast was the highlight well located in a very busy noisy and dirty area but you are near everything. "
