"The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool...
"An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse."

"We had a very friendly, clean, and comfortable stay in Toulouse! We did not eat the breakfast, but the bed was very comfortable, it smelled nice, was close enough to city center and public transit options but on a quieter street. In room nespresso was refreshed daily, the AC worked well, the shower was great. The room was smaller than American rooms of course but adequate!"

"Great stay at this property. Loved the room and location. Check-in a problem, as charged the tax for someone else's room, then had to move room, and was given a parking voucher as a refund for wrong tax, but it did not work in the end. Otherwise great hotel and stay - perfect location."
"Je suis venu deux nuits pour le travail et j'ai eu une très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel.
Le personnel est adorable.
L'hôtel est positionné à la perfection : proche du centre ville mais pas à côté des bars (j'avais choisi l'hôtel pour ce critère au départ).
Le quartier en lui même est sûr.
La chambre est classique et propre.
La literie est confortable, ce qui m'a permis de bien dormir.
Et enfin, impossible de ne pas mentionner leur petit déjeuner : un buffet qui n'est certes pas immense MAIS...
