The front desk representative who checked us in was fabulous. Very nice, kind, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! The hotel was clean and offered great amenities. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you, Golden Tulip!!!

The hotel location is great as a transit to Incheon Airport. What lacked were as following: 1. Lack of information on how to get to the hotel from Gimpo airport. It was fortunate to use the shuttle service, which appears to operate few times a day only, but this was not easy to find a location. 2. From the expedia booking, it was adults only. But the hotel was filled with family and children. Unsure what was the purpose of this indication. Regardless, the facility is great and as a short get-away, it was good to see displays, sculptures, etc. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
