Realmente adoramos, fica próximo ao Castelo de São Jorge, próximo a Praça do Comércio, a Catedral da Sé, a Igreja de Santo António (local de nascimento dele), realmente indico demais este hotel. Estão de PARABÉNS muito acima da média da EUROPA em termos de recepção. Apenas uma indicação (colocar um Pão de Queijo no café da Manhã). "Great property, well maintained, generous room size and very good breakfast. Just be aware that it is on the top of a hill in a restricted zone so only taxis and not Uber can access it by road. Uber stops at the bottom of the hill and you have to drag your bags up a fairly steep hill for about 200 metres. Suggest take a taxi as they have passes."

"Really enjoyed our stay, the peacocks were noisy and beautiful and we even enjoyed that! The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful! A bit of a walk uphill if you come back with a taxi or Uber but nothing to complain about. We will be back soon!"

"The staff were very kind and welcoming. They helped us store our bags and get breakfast as we arrived early. The only downside was the cleanliness. The view from the bedroom was beautiful! The dishwasher was filthy when we arrived and we tried to turn it on the clean it but could not turn it on. The washing machine also did not look clean. Some of the furniture is stained and the bathroom connected to the bedroom was run down and washing faucet was not secure on the wall."

"this property is absolutely gorgeous. the rooms are very pretty and modern. the bed is so comfy. what really made my stay over the top is the staff and particularly the customer service manager Pedro. he took us on a free walking tour (included if you stay at the hotel) and told us incredible stories about the history and informative facts about Lisbon. he is incredibly personable and kind. he got to know everyone in the group and even knew our names. he gave us a ton of recs for lisbon and...

"Our room was lovely with a beautiful view and we had an easy check-in. The only negatives were the hotel was described as having a roof top and showed pictures of it but it’s only for one specific guest room. We also were not able to enjoy the breakfast as it didn’t start until 8am (on a Monday) and we had to leave by 7:30 to catch a train. It’s at the top of a steep street so be aware of it. Certainly a nice place for the night."

"Schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr gemütliches Bett, toller Ausblick. Sauna war leider defekt, den Whirpool konnte man privat nutzen. Es gab ein paar Schönheitsfehler, das Frühstück war klein aber Ausreichend. Jederzeit Kaffee verfügbar. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terasse, sehr freundliches Personal"

"The room was very spacious. Hotel is very unique in it location. Be aware that you need to get a specific driver to get up very steep Hill and restaurants closed down around the hotel pretty early. It turns into a ghost town in the evening, quite different from the day!"

"Wonderful location and clean hotel. Free breakfast was really nice. Staff was friendly. Only thing is a lack of tables to put our things on and the floor steps down by the windows creating a potential safety hazard. Bed could also be more comfortable. I have given 5 stars still because the rest exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again."
