"We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary...

"Very nice & beautiful property, I really enjoyed staying in it. The services & cleaning are very professional & good. I highly recommended for this place to stay in Seoul. One of the best places that I stayed in the service apartments. Very good!"

"This was a very clean and spacious room in which I could relax and have my own space away from Metropolitan business. It's located just near and above Lotte department store and Starcity mall. You can meet all your daily necessities there. I liked being among the locals and observing their activities, while back in the room I could enjoy my privacy. The only thing that bothered me a bit was constant horn-like sounds that kept going 24 hours a day. The hotel staff couldn't give me a good answer....

"At the price of the room, breakfast should have been included."
