Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around. The room we had is so clean and so comfortable. The room service is perfect and the restaurants are the best. We had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt. "
