Nice that the hotel is close to the beach but it is really outdated. Rooms were clean so that is a plus but the food was only so so. I personally don’t eat meat so the options were quite limited and many times the fish option was just so bony and dry. We even had to wait for plates since they ran out of clean ones and because of that the lunch time came to it’s end and they started to clean the foods away.

Our stay was a disaster and we ended up leaving the hotel at 11:00pm without spending the evening because there was so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Every other room seemed to be occupied by middle and high school basketball players and they were having an enormous concert in the field in front of the hotel with lights projecting onto our windows. It was a complete nightmare. The staff were understanding and compensated us for the extra fee they had required at check in to upgrade our room, but they couldn't give us the full rebate and it was truly impossible to spend the night there, especially with two small children. If there is going to be a loud event planned notification should be provided in advance to guests so they are aware and can make alternative plans if needed! We were stranded without any notice and suddenly found ourselves driving 3 hours at 11:00pm at night with a toddler and infant. Completely unacceptable.

Dreadful

Don't even consider this hotel if you like a calm atmosphere! Excessive noise from entertainment Noise from coach loads of teenagers who arrived on mass and ran amok in the evenings. Queues for Dinner were ridiculous, with a long wait to get into the restaurant (30 - 60 minutes in a queue). Once in the restaurant it was actually worse than a supermarket restaurant, noisy with staff running around at a million miles per hour. Getting the buffet was virtually a free for all. The hotels rooms are very dated & inefficiently organised. With hard surfaces everywhere the noise carries and is disproportionately magnified. Then there's the ongoing building works at the hotel. Yes really! Note - no mention of this at the time of booking and no mention of it at reception when we arrived. The noise even resonated under water whilst using the outdoor pool. If we could have cancelled our reservation after the first night without loosing our money we wouldn't have hesitated. There are two positives - the staff who worked very hard and the proximity to the beach. But even considering these - perhaps one of the worse hotel we have ever stayed at!

Für ein 3 Sternehotel ist nichts auszusetzen. Der indoor Pool war leider nicht immer offen, nur von 5-7pm, sonst war alles super, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Betten bequem, riesiges Frühstück, Pingpong Tisch, etc. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Es un hotel familiar, el personal muy amable sobre todo el equipo de animadoras. El hotel tiene las habitaciones tienen decoración y mobiliario antiguo pero bien cuidado. Están renovando poco a poco el hotel. Tienen una zona de juegos para peques con parque de bolas y juguetes. Hay animación todo el día. Relación calidad y precio está bien. La piscina pequeña para todas las personas que abarca el hotel.

Los empleados del buffet y camareros son encantadores. La unica pega que pondria es que las habitaciones normales nl disponen de nevera y los baños y mobiliario de las habitaciones son muy viejos por lo que la limpieza no se aprecia

Económico teniendo en cuenta los precios del resto de hoteles de la zona. Pero se ve muy anticuadas las instalaciones, muebles, etc. En el buffet se echa en falta alguna opción más vegetal e indicar los ingredientes y alérgenos de los productos ya que sólo ponía el nombre del plato "Pescado", "Rusa", etc.

Hemos pasado una noche, hemos ido por un tema personal, la habitación correcta, el desayuno suficiente y variado, , lo peor ha sido la masificación del hotel, hemos tenido que hacer cola para el uso del ascensor y del comedor, por lo demás todo bien.

Todo correcto!!!

Hotel bastante bueno y agradable en todos los aspectos. Las chicas de la limpieza son un encanto. Los pasillos algo ruidosos (o quizá mi habitación porque estaba muy cerca del ascensor). Yo solo tenía desayuno incluido y teníamos de todo un poco (básico) pero de casi todo y rico. Lo único que quizá me gustó un poco menos fue que en el baño todavía tienen cortina en la bañera y eso es un poco desagradable. Por lo demás todo correcto.

El hotel está bien aunque sigue como hace 15 años cuando fuimos el personal y servicios muy bueno pero el baño de la habitacion tenia moho en la silicona de la bañera por lo demas todo genial.
