"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"Our stay at Goldwynn Resort & Residences in Nassau had some genuinely nice aspects, but there were also several issues that are worth mentioning honestly. On the positive side, the property itself is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed, which made it comfortable to settle in. "Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"The breakfast buffet was nice. The options changed but we managed to eat breakfast each time. The staff was amazing. They helped with all of our concerns and were super sweet throughout our stay. I don’t have the names of all the staff but we talked to a lady supervisor who was kind. The woman tending to breakfast and dinner. I believe one team members name was Jodean (jodain) started with a Jo she was also amazing. Great stay overall!"

"We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything is within 20 to 30 min walk to the beach and downtown Nassau. Close to West Bay Street, The Fish Fry maket, restaurant is pretty close specially if you like walking. In the evening they have a lovely atmosphere and great opportunities to meet other travelers. Hosting kenny was amazing. This hotel is authentic Bahemian lifestyle and culture. CLose to Arawak Cay."
