"The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "

I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation.
