"The hotel was marvellous Breakfast was great and should meet everyone’s needs The only criticism was the state of the outdoor parking. The metalwork was all rusted and the sun screen roofing material was 90% gone I should add they do have indoor parking at an extra 5 euro. 20 instead of 15 However the outdoor parking had prime place in front of the hotel and it completely detracts from the hotel"

"Breakfast was the same everyday. The first night we arrived we asked front desk for recommendations on a restaurant for dinner and they told us they have dinner menu at the hotel. We had dinner and we were very disappointed with our food. They had a set menu. They had a buffet station with salads and fruit. You were able to choose one of 2 pastas and one of 2 entrees. Me and my husband had a combination of the food so we can try the different foods. Both pastas were barely room temperature ...

"The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. "Personale disponibile, struttura accogliente e pulita"

"Fabulous property. Exceptional staff. Great breakfast. Excellent value."

"Great location to explore Gaeta and Sperlonga! The beach and water was amazing and so relaxful. JThe renovated rooms were nice and very comfortable. Only one option for dinner if you want to stay at the resort was the only drawback."

"non ho trovato nè grande cortesia, nè grande disponibilità e sopratutto una colazione a dir poco scarna che richiama gli anni '40 delle pensioni della riviera romagnola...solo il mare salve il contesto!"

"location molto bella con spazi ben distribuiti ma cucina scadente e camera improponibile a quel prezzo, piccola e con finestra che affaccia su scala antincendio!"

"Beautiful balcony, amazing staff and property. Loved staying at this property!"

"Extremely hard to get around specially if you are over 50 Food is horrible at the restaurant hard to get in and out your room ants all over room bathroom bed floor ceiling and they spray stuff does not help zero maintenance bathroom terrible I do not recommend it to anyone wants to have a piece of mind"

"Struttura più che adeguata alla categoria cosa che specialmente in italia non è scontata, pulizia camere ed aree comuni eccellente. Personale giovane, cortese e disponibile. Buffet colazione semplice ma genuino e gustoso. Personale bar attento e molto cortese. Esperienza molto piacevole "

"The room super clean and comfortable, Rosita super nice and excellent service, amazing view !! I highly recommend this hotel; it has automatic blinds to darken the room, so you sleep really comfortably."
