"A snafu with BC Ferries had us booking an unexpected night's stay on our way up the coast from California. The staff went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation before we even booked our room. Once we arrived we were greeted by delightful desk staff, fresh coffee and a beautiful, clean and absolutely wonderful facility. If you're lucky enough to be up on the Sunshine Coast I would highly recommend a stay."

"Basic but clean. My room was quite warm on arrival due to sun shining in, but had a working air conditioner, which helped a bit. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues, stairs are curvy and would be a challenge with a larger suitcase."

"I have mobility issues & would have liked to have seen grab bars & non slip strips in the tub/ shower. the toilet was also very low, same height as the tub, which made it very hard for a person of my age ( 82) to sit & stand. Do you have rooms that are set up for handicapped/ disabled customers?"

"Do not stay here if you have a vehicle, it advertises street parking but neglects to tell you that a local bylaw states no parking between 0300-0700 hrs. They want you to park over two blocks away in an unprotected parking area."

"Lou’s cabin was perfect for our family. It’s a rustic cabin with modern amenities. The back yard was very inviting and we were able to use the grill and play bocce ball. It was in town right next to an urban trail system, but still felt private. A bear walked right through the front yard one evening!"
