Getting there wasn’t too bad and checking in was a smooth process. The place was clean and spacious, and for the price, it’s well worth it! it has everything you need and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Fukuoka. Definitely a neat area!

隣がうるさくて最悪でした。壁も薄いと思います。禁煙って書いてあるのに通路で喫煙してる人がいた。布団も汚れがあり不快でした。おすすめはできません。

近く(5分圏内)にセブンイレブンがありました。お布団(敷布団)が少し薄めでしたが、快適でした。他の人の口コミでロフトにコンセントが無いと書かれてありましたが、それを改善して下さり、ロフトに届く延長コードが用意されてありました。一つ贅沢をいえば、アイロンが置いてあれば最高でした。

チェックインのタブレットがエラーかなんかで電話しないとチェックイン出来なかった。自分の確認不足だがチェックインの数日前に宿泊税を別で払わないと行けなかった。でも安かった。部屋は隅々まで掃除されてなく髪の毛が布団に多く着いていたり、ソファの下に落ちていたり、備え付けの洗濯機もあまり清潔そうではなかった。ただ安かったから妥協出来そう。

新築で、トイレと浴室が別のロフト付きの1Kで、4人利用でもそこまで手狭感はなく、居心地はよかったです。無人チェックインもわかりやすく、入退出もやりやすかったです。アメニティや調理道具、皿もそろっていましたが、コップがなかったのが残念でした。チェックアウト用の室内にあるタブレットが壊れていたようで、チェックアウト時に焦りましたが、事前メールにあった連絡先に電話すると、すぐに出てけれて、カタコトの日本語でしたがスムーズに対応してくれました。防音がいいのか、隣がいなかったのか、隣の物音は気になりませんでした。全体的に仲間と楽しく気持ちよく過ごせてよかったです。ありがとうございました。

2連泊、仕事の関係で使いました。チェックインの仕方は簡単で分かりやすかったです。部屋も広め、トイレ、お風呂場も綺麗。ですが掃除不足と言えるレベルの床のスミのゴミと前の利用客？が飲んでいたと思われるペットボトルがソファーの後ろにありました。不快に思いましたが、部屋には休む為に帰るだけだったので我慢出来るレベルです。ふつうのビジネスホテルの部屋と思って借りるのは少し考えた方がいいと思います。それ以外が良かっただけに残念でした。

幼児2人、小学校低学年1人、大人2人の5人で泊まりました。ロフトベッドに大人1人、ロフトに3人と3歳添い寝、横に川の字にはなれませんが、逆に自分のスペース！と十分楽しんで寝ました。2階だったので子供の足音が下に響かないか不安でしたが、また利用したいと思います😊

B棟103号室に宿泊しました。チェックインの際にロフト部分の壁に拳で殴ったような穴が開いており気になっていました。チェックアウト後に、その穴を開けたのは私達の過失ではないか、と同日中にメールで連絡を受けたのは心外でしたが、すぐに誤解であると認めていただけて安心しました。洗濯機と浴室乾燥機が設置されており毎日洗濯＆乾燥ができた点は非常に良かったです。室内に折り畳みのアウトドアチェアなどを用意していただけると更に寛げたかな、と思います。

設備としては満足ですがあまりにも掃除が行き届いてなさすぎました。賃貸の退去後のような状況です。また最初から窓が開けっぱなしにされており防犯的にも危ないです。設備がいいだけに大変残念です。一度徹底的に清掃してほしいと感じました。
