The property is tidy and compact. The room was very clean. Unfortunately the couch is very uncomfortable because it has several broken springs. There’s a tall ladder for bed on tamati mats. The mats themselves were quite thin but I doubled it and it was more comfortable. Overall there was no problems with the property and I would be happy to stay again if I was in the area.

客服人員不積極處理事情

一天的飛機加一整天的走路勞累、只想回住宿休息、卻遇到機器壞掉的情況、處理人員不專業、不積極處理、導致一群人被關在外面兩小時、隔天也有好幾組認識這種情況、除了這個小插曲，住宿方面還是很好的。

가족과 함께 했는데 정말 편안하게 지냈어요. 시내와도 가까웠고 어디든 이동하는데 편했어요. 편의점도 가까웠고 다른것보다 넓었어요 숙소가 4인가족이 지내기엔 아무런 불편함이 없었습니다.

어디든 가까운 위치로 가성비 좋게 친구들이랑 잘 지내고 온거 같습니다! 다시 가도 이용할 생각은 있는데 다만 숙소 청결상태는 좀 고쳐졌으면 하네요ㅠㅠ 벌레가 나온다거나 그렇지는 않지만 먼지나 침구류에 얼룩이 신경쓰였습니다. 그런것만 제외하면 정말정말 만족스러웠습니다!

子連れで6泊しました。ロフトは喜んでいました。 お部屋のWiFi環境良し。外出時のWiFi利用は助かりました。 清掃も行き届いていて室内スリッパを持参していましたが履かなくても大丈夫でした。蓋付きゴミ箱も大きいものが2つあり掃除機もあるので清掃依頼は結局しませんでした。 洗濯機があるホテルを探していたのでお部屋専用はありがたいです。洗剤は持参ですが、アメニティとしてあったら良いです。ハンガーは約10本程洗濯用にありました。靴下などを干す洗濯バサミが着いたものを持参すると良いです。アイロンもあるといいなぁ… ちょうど隣の敷地が工事中との事で事前にお知らせはありましたが日中部屋にいると少し気になったのでB棟かC棟に宿泊したら良かったです。 近くにコンビニもあり博多駅からの通り道には飲食店、ドラッグストア、郵便局もあるので便利です。夜道も明るいので安心です。ホテルの斜め向かいにはパーキングがあるので(打ち切り昼1,000円、夜500円)車で来ても大丈夫です。 (2019年10月現在の情報です) また是非利用したいと思うホテルです！

Great location, not so great soundproofing?

It was in a great location and the place was fully stocked with everything you would need. It’s within walking distance to Hakata and it’s also close to the check-in service centre. The only downside is the noise. Pray that you don’t get horrible neighbours like mine (or at least get a unit on the second floor). My neighbours decided to have drinking parties every night at 3am and thump up and down the stairs every 30 minutes to smoke outside despite the written rule of keeping noise down past 8pm. The phone provided by the hotel has an online chat service that I regretfully did not make use of until the last night of my stay. I (politely) complained about my neighbours and the staff were very accommodating. They let my neighbours know and the noise levels went down.

everything perfect for staying. just 10-15 min walk from Hakata station. 3 convinient stores around. easy to check in-out. comfortable. kitchen is perfect for me. every system in the property very good, free wifi phone to use and have 24hr help callcenter.

다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 타테루!

일단 완전 깨끗해서 좋아요! 근처 후쿠오카 구경할때 걸어가기도 좋고 숙소 바로 앞에 큰 마트랑 편의점까지 있어서 밤 언제든 나가서 먹거리사기도 짱! 체크인히는 곳과 거리가 있지만 나름 재미있고 좋아요! 단 옆집과 방음이 잘 안되지만 그건 일본 집 구조 특성상 원래 그런거같아요 대신 밤 10시 지나면 큰 소리로 말하지말라는것만 잘 지키면 아무 문제 없어요. 저는 갔을때 옆집에서 너무 시끄럽게해서.. 그분들도 한국분.. 암튼 다음에 또 가게된다면 100% 타테루에서 묵을꺼에요.
