Good location

Clean and really handy location near Hakata station. Beds a little bit unconfortable, but over all good experience. Would stay again.

This was one of the only rooms available in town, so it worked. It was totally fine for two nights. While it was pretty clean as compared to similar class western hotels, it was pretty dirty and beat up for Japan. Would use again if in a pinch. Neighborhood is quiet but has some dining options and is close to a subway station.

A very spacious apartment for two people. The washing machine was a great bonus, especially as we were halfway through our road trip—it allowed us to do our laundry at minimal cost. The apartment can easily accommodate more than two people. The bathroom is very comfortable and features an option to control the air temperature. The neighborhood is quiet, with a shopping mall nearby. The location is accessible on foot, about 30 minutes from Hakata Station. The self-check-in process was simple, thanks to the clear instructions provided beforehand. Considering the attractive price compared to other options in Fukuoka, I can only recommend this place.

Nice spot, two burner stove which is one more than most. If you have a muscular butt/back you had better be a side sleeper. Great bathroom. No drying rack for dishes. Relatively busy street out front, unblockable window near the 15 foor ceilings. Bring an eye mask.

Easy to access for anything. Wish the AC set lower eco mode to welcome guests. It took a while to cool down the entire room since the ceiling is so high and room spacious. We only stayed two nights, so it was ok but a bit worried if the toilet paper was gonna run out. lol since it is not a regular hotel, the apartment style guest house would require some necessities in stock. Appreciated more if the room has mini iron or steamer for clothing.

洗濯機の内部、ゴミ取りネットが無いのが残念なのと不特定の人が利用するので洗濯槽の洗浄は必須だと思う。 ソファとカーペットの髪の毛が気になった、 コロコロカーペットローラーで掃除して欲しい、 テレビ裏とソファ下のホコリも気を付けていれば出来る事だと思う、 あとはロフトの小窓が完全には閉まらず外の音が聞こえるのが気になったが住宅街の中に有り、 概ね快適に過ごせる環境だった。 掃除の面と痒いところに手が届くサービスを行なっていけば良い宿泊形態だど感じました。

汚水の臭いが不快

202号室に二日間滞在しました。アメニティは歯ブラシとシャンプーリンスボディソープとバスタオル・ハンドタオル。洗濯機・洗剤・タオルかけ。湯沸器・冷蔵庫・小皿とコップ、フライパンがありました。 洗濯機の排水溝からの臭いが上がってきて非常に不快でした。洗濯機を回して水を循環させてみましたが改善されませんでした。 ２口の電気コンロに換気扇がついていました。換気口の部分が見るも無惨な状態でした。 ソファーベッドの裏も埃が溜まっていました。 清掃されていないことが伺えます。

很不錯的地點

整體來說很不錯，交通便利，附近有賣場，住宿有中型冰箱和小廚房，還有洗衣機，很便利。就是清潔度不太好，窗戶很髒，無法開窗簾，洗衣機蓋子邊緣很髒、屋內四周角落沒清乾淨、被褥有血跡、空調濾網塞滿灰層、沐浴乳只剩一點點沒補充，這些應該是清潔人員沒處理好，住了7晚安，是有點困擾，希望這些能改善，未來我還是會挑選這間住宿。
下面是沙發床，攤平之後有高低差，不好睡
小廚房很方便，但沒提供碗和湯匙
浴室有洗衣機，但沒有洗衣粉
要爬梯上去上層，能睡三人

ビジネスホテルよりはいいと思う。

立地はビジネス出張、学会出張であれば文句はない。観光の宿としたら多分文句が色々出ると思う。レンタル自転車、レンタル電動バイクのステーションが近くにあるので便利。タイムズのカーシェアも近くにある。計画的に利用すれば移動は楽。地下鉄駅、JR駅ともにキャリーケースを転がして移動しても苦にはならない距離。22時くらいまでは近くのショッピングモールが空いていて便利。 清潔度はイマイチ。ホテルのように清掃は行き届かない。自分の家のテレビのしたにはほこりが溜まっているのと同じ程度のクリーン度。ビジネスホテルとは良い勝負。観光ホテルには遠く及ばない。洗濯機は多分、洗濯槽の裏側はカビだらけだと思う。部屋も設備も定期的なクリーニングメンテナンスが必要だと思うが為されていないと感じる。 学生時代のアパートをそのまま借りたようなもんだと思えば特に気になることもない。同じ金額でビジネスホテル取るならこっちのほうが自由度が高くて良いと思う。 設備の説明が全部日本語オンリーなので、海外からの観光客には不便だと思う。

千代県庁口駅より徒歩で6〜7分で到着し、ホテルの目印の提灯で建物がすぐにわかった。交通の便も良く周りの環境は静かでコスパはとても良かった。千代県庁駅の、ホテルとは反対側にLAWSONがあって水や朝食を用意した。 部屋は綺麗でチェックインもチェックアウトも簡単だった。部屋のタブレットが明るくて充電機から外していたら電源が落ちてしまい最初の画面を出すのに戸惑った。 トイレ、洗面台、浴室、洗濯機が同じ空間にあり、窓はないので、トイレと浴室を使用後は換気扇を回しておいた方がいい。 浴室の赤カビが気になったので、こすって流した。浴槽の排水が少し悪かった。 アメニティは充実している。洗濯洗剤もある。柔軟剤はない。

친구들과 여행 왔습니다. 서큘레이터 먼지, 청소기 먼지통, 빨래 먼지거름망은 청소가 아에 안되어있더군요.. 지저분 한거 빼고는 그냥 잠은 잘만했습니다. 주변 동네 조용함, 그리고 가성비 있는 숙소비는 좋았습니다.

建物自体は新しく綺麗ではありますが、他の方のクチコミにあるようにとにかくゴミがすごいです。布団はシミだらけで髪の毛までたくさん着いていました。部屋の床のすみには触れたくないほど、、千代県庁口駅からは10分ほどでした、

利便、料金共に良かったのですが、埃が多い。冷凍庫霜がパンパン笑マットに前の方が食べたのか、モナカのクズやチョコのゴミなどが落ちてました。 ざらざらチクチクしたので、できたら粘着のコロコロでもあると良かったです。掃除機は流石に音がするのでやめときました。あと、せめて浴槽はざらざら残らないくらいには洗って欲しいです。使う気にならなかった。布団も固く、薄かった。 オペレーターの方の対応はとても良かったです。 アメニティも化粧水等もあると書いてあったけどなかった笑 良いところも多かった✨ただ、清掃のみもう少し頑張っていただけたらなーと思います。
