Large affordable room but lacks customer service

We loved the size of our room—it was clean and affordable. However, we had an issue with the laundry machine, which didn’t work, and the only way to reach the hotel staff was via email. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem with the machine.

Clean, comfortable hotel 15 mins walk from Hakata

The hotel was clean and in good condition. We travelled in group with young kids. It’s a long walk from Hakata station, so it’s not convenient to travel by foot with luggage or with young kids without stroller. We encountered problems during both check in and check out. Since it’s self check in without assistance, it took way longer than expected. The staff was helpful, but was quite troublesome with back and forth via FaceTime. Amenities were very basic, but had everything we needed for the 4 night stay. Would recommend the hotel, but beware of 10am check out time and no luggage storage after checkout. The airport line near the hotel is convenient, but cannot reach international terminal without bus connection.

Affordable price, good maintenance and peaceful. Will be good to include TV with English programme or sign in Netflix etc. Require guide to discard rubbish bin after a few days using to avoid raw food odour.

8 minutes walk from Naksukawabata Station. But raining makes your luggage wet. It is hard to find big luggage locker at station. You have to consider luggage storage if your departure time at night. It is hard lesson.

A horrible end to our month long trip in Japan.

First, they make the issue of signing in more complicated than it needs to be for non japanese reading guests. One simple email with the details that can be translated with one picture would be very helpful. The property had very stained furniture, the beds were so hard, they hurt my shoulder, the communication tablet on the wall could not be turned off for the night and glowed like a light (picture is with a towel over it), and there were ambulance sounds from 4 am on. I couldn't leave fast enough. The property is highly overpriced for what it is.

17 minute walk from the Hakata station is good. Lots of cafes around. This seems like in an office area but quiet neighborhood at night. I like this because it is also close to stalls at night. Very convenient. The room is big compared to other rooms in the country. Also clean, comfy pillows and bed. Very comfortable also I like airconditioning very good temp control. The main drawback for me is the rules. we panicked bc we were chasing the strict check in time. If you dont mind all the rules, this is still a great place to stay. The checkin seems weird with videocall but otherwise, it's all good. Comfy and convenient.

交通便利：走路一條街就到大馬路，大馬路上有很多公車可以搭到博多車站。 美食比鄰：隔壁街有牛腸鍋店，不用特地跑到博多站就可以體驗到在地特色美食。 設備完整：有洗衣機 (有附洗衣粉!)，洗完之後掛在浴室開烘乾功能，隔天早上就乾了! 還有IH爐可以下廚。

整體經驗不錯，酒店整潔，房間大，設有洗衣機，廚房可以簡單煮食。 唯獨酒店沒有職員當值，check in和check out都要自己用tablet處理，預訂酒店後只是不清晰，check in時經過一番溝通才在網上找到職員，浪費了一點時間。

当日までエントランスの解錠番号のメールや、ＩＤ番号の入ったメールがこなくて困った。 問い合わせをしてもメールを送ってると言われていまだにどこにメールが届いたのか不明で、問い合わせをしたら宿泊翌日に解錠番号のメールが届いた。宿泊自体は綺麗で洗濯機、浴室乾燥など設備にも満足だった。

整體都非常滿意，尤其浴室內的烘乾功能非常好，房間又乾淨整齊；最初還有點擔心交通，真的比預期好，記得有晚到了福崗塔，原來在出口不遠有巴士可途經酒店附近的，太好了！下次都會再選住。
