Great location. Super spacious room.

A great property. It’s in a beautiful residential street in a central location. The room is super spacious and comfortable. As a family travelling for a long period of time, we appreciated the space and facilities. The communal washing machine & dryer were really useful.

It was generally clean but unfortunately we had some pest control issues and the sofa was pretty old and smelt funky. The staff was quick to remedy the situation but it created anxiety during our stay because we had our 2yo son and our meals/snacks in the kitchen.

they need a new check-in process

We reserved this place because it could be canceled or changed. However, in reality, we could not do either. So we ended up paying for days we did not use. In addition to that, the check-in process is a nighmare. You video conference with a person who is somewhere else. They ask ten million questions, scan your face and your passport, and then regurgitate everything you've already read. At one point, the person on the video conference was trying to use their phone to translate, even though I speak Japanese and was with a native Japanese speaker. The check-in process took 25 minutes. Standing in a narrow hall. Other than the check-in, my only complaint is that the sofa has a lot of stains. If you can overlook these two items, this place is a 9/10. It is new. It is huge by japanese standards. It is in a good location.

車輛不可以駕駛到門口，因道路太窄，整體不太舒適，地毯和梳化很舊有D痕癢，冷氣機有小小嘈吵。唯有好處路口就有藥庄和鐵路入口，方便出行。

아침에 숙소에서 나올때 인사해주는 여자아기가 매우 귀여워요. 침대가 세개라 좋았습니다 시설도 다 좋아요. 야쿠인역에서 가까워서 이동하기 매우 편합니다. 주변에 맛있는 가게도 많습니다. 다음에 부모님 모시고 다시 올게요!

場所だけは良い。

薬院駅から近い静かな住宅街でロケーションはとても良い。しかしチェックイン時のタブレット操作がわかりずらく時間がかかりました。一階の部屋はキッチンはなし。湯沸かしポットはあるがコーヒーカップはなく、到着早々紙コップを買いに行った。壁に備え付けのタブレット端末が使用用途かわからず、夜中眩しくて寝れない。５日滞在したが掃除は一度もなかった。

キッチンの無い部屋に8泊しました 部屋は奇麗で料金は非常にリーズナブルで素晴らしいです 冷蔵庫はホテルにあるような最小の物でしたので それがもう少し大きいとありがたいです 洗濯乾燥機は1F共有スペースに一つしか無いので 混むと待たないとならないです がいずれにしてもコスパは最高でした

自煮聚會的最佳選擇

入房手續確實不便，在附近的24小時超市門口使用公共電話聯繫，遇到無法提供英文住宿名稱的障礙（列印出的中文住宿資料只有「繭居」），報了英文訂房者名、訂房編號、人數都無用，直到同團者幫忙找到「cocon」民宿名稱才成功讓對方找到訂房資料前來辦理入房。除此之外，一切都很完美（人員親切、設備新、廚具及洗衣烘衣設備齊全）

今回、電動車イスユーザーと一緒に利用させていただきました。道路から敷地に上がるところに段差があるのですが、そこに溝蓋のような板もしくは、駐車場に利用するような段差解消ブロックのような物を置いて頂くと、車イスユーザーだけでなく、ベビーカーや大きなスーツケースを利用される方も便利だと思うので、是非ご検討頂きたいです。
