"Disappointed. Booked a premium room , 101, and was given a handicap room where the shower water sprayed all over the floor. Guests should be told if a handicap room is given. In addition, there was a loud noise every 45 seconds that would run for about 30 seconds under the floor. i believe it was the AC for the lobby below. Very annoying. Discussed both issues with the front desk and there was no action. "

"The location is good as it's in a well lit walkable area. Could be little noisy for some at night but I am ok with it - so I had no issues. The room was small but it was functional and since we were out most of the time, it did not matter. The shower is little small and lacks privacy but again, it is functional. The staff were super nice - five star for the staff. I wish there was a fridge. Overall I liked it. "

"First and foremost the staff were great. We were delayed with our travel and didn't arrive literally until the 11th hour they waited for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"Beautiful facility, clean, and scenic. The staff are welcoming. It’s a great location surrounded my local shops, restaurants, and bars in close proximity. There are also multiple dining options within the hotel and we ate at each one during our stay and enjoyed every meal. We highly recommend vacationing here. "
