"The hotel seems like it's half abandoned. The Parking lot is cracked and broken; half gravel and half actual pavement. The facade is actively rotting. "Location was good right off Highway 99 and across the street from Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hot tub was dirty and there were roaches running around the pool area that had no outdoor lightening. The downstairs hallway was dirty. Room was clean and very spacious."
