"The view was excellent! The spiral stairs are unique but they are a a bit difficult to navigate so they are better for teens and young adults and not small children or older adults. The ride to Gatlinburg is 20-30 mins and to Pigeon Forge is 40 mins all depending how comfortable you are with the winding roads. If you plan on doing a lot in Pigeon Forge, the drive could get old everyday."

"The staff are fantastic. Just ask if you need anything. If you are riding a motorcycle they are going to leave you towel specifically for wiping the morning dew off. Will definitely stay there again."

"Overall very good. Screened in porch on creek very nice touch. Very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very convenient, walkable, to one the highest ranked pancake places in North Carolina, Joey's which is right across the street. Dont miss it. The only negative was air conditioning worked but not consistent. Would stay there again."

"The zero on site staff is a little different… and would be ok if when I get an email offering if I need anything someone responded. I had no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser and replied to the email as such on day 1 of my stay but nothing happened."
