"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel started off on the wrong foot. During check-in, the front desk staff member was noticeably unfriendly and seemed impatient with even basic questions. We had also called ahead to confirm some details, and the same attitude came through on the phone — rushed and dismissive. Once in the room, cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I found hair in the shower, which was off-putting, and to make matters worse, there were old French fries and dried ketchup inside...
