I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bathroom amenities. They use Dove products in dispensers in the shower/tub and sink areas. Of course the dispenser bottles are secured to the wall. So much better than the generic small bar soaps, shampoo & lotion most hotels use. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work."
