"This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops. "

"Exceptional stay! CasaJammone is run by Enzo and his wife and son. It was immaculate, with excellent breakfast and cappuccino. The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. What sets this B&B apart from the rest is the personal attention that Enzo and his family gives to their guests. I look forward to returning to Naples and CasaJammone."

"The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great. Antonella and Adriana are so friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"An absolutely stunning property! The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the renovation are remarkable — every corner of the building feels special. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the city and Mount Vesuvius — such a unique highlight! Despite having little ones (ages 3 and 5), we found it easy to walk into the city. Highly recommend this beautiful place!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. "I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. "Clean and well-lit rooms convenient located in Naples. Bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the biggest perk of La Gemma is the owner, who went above and beyond to give us a good experience. She was a wealth of information in terms of navigating the city, and she bakes home made cakes for breakfast. She even went as far to pack us a bag of breakfast for our early train. "

"The property and room was great and organisation of the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was good. Matteo was a great host, very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good. "
