We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. "The beach is full of sea weed and the water is not clear. You pay a resort fee but still have to pay $10 for a beach chair when the beach is full. The pools max at 3ft. If you love the water you his is not the place for you. I had to take taxis to nice beaches off site. The food was below expectations. Not one meal was good. I spent time going offsite for meals. I just had breakfast."

"Although in a sketchy looking part of town, this place is a hidden gem. I love the security factor of using the keypad for access. Pool seemed to be a saltwater pool which was a great difference. Didn’t see any maintenance on the pool as there were multiple dead bugs for the days I stayed there. I recommend going to the poll at night however, because it’s beautifully lit. He visitado el hotel otras ocasiones,pero está vez quedé desepcionada no hubo limpieza en la habitación, hubo que pedir toallas,papel sanitario, batería para el televisor,el cristal del baño tenía manchas negras, la cortina de la habitación rota, mal olor en los piso y para completar una cucaracha en el baño."

"My stay here was great! Close to the beach and it has a swimming pool and spa. The view was wonderful and beautiful. Room was clean and towels were provided. Only problem the electricity would minimize strength and we would not be able to microwave. Thank you."
