The room was spotless, very comfortable, the place is brand new and ample parking. Located in Manati, is only 50 min drive from airport and with beaches within 5 min. Great great option to explore Puerto Rico

For what we need, it was very good. Peaceful. Not local tv, if you don't use or have internet you have no options as entertainment. Just have coffee nothing for breakfast, there is no announcement of that so we knew it but they can better the offer with few things for a quick breakfast before you leave.

Property was clean and comfortable. Only downside - the room had no window, as it appears to be a renovated office property. Looks like the ground floor rooms have no windows although the second floor rooms look to have them. Very friendly gentleman at the front desk. Stayed one night in our journey around the island.

Friendly staff who were very helpful and available 24/7. The place is brand new and they are still ironing things out with respect to all the rooms, but plenty of parking, AC works well. Getting into the parking lot is funky (you enter on the corner of an intersection) and would be nice to have a small mini fridge in rooms. Wi Fi solid. Water takes a bit to heat up, but gets there. Would stay again.

Staff was very helpful with all my requests. The room had all the space i needed for my clothes. The bathroom needed some hand towels. Had difficulty the first night with the parking logistics. The main entrance was chained. Had to park through the back. It was dark and not easy to find the entrance. I suggest more lights.

The rooms were clean. Unfortunately, there is this plastic panel, to the side of the room door, that a lot of light from the hallway comes in at night. It made it difficult to sleep. The staff, particularly Angel, were excellent. The problem was that the washer did not work.

Our stay was ok. We were there for 3 days. Everything was fine until our 2nd day. We were getting dressed. It was 8:30am and an employee used his key card and opened our room door. When we asked him what he wanted, he stood there and asked us if we were ok. I yelled at him to get out because I was literally in a tshirt. When we went to the front desk he apologized and said he was from maintenance and was “checking” something. But he said on a sheet that our room said it was empty. That’s why he went in. So my mom told him that we had the light and the tv on and luggage right next to the door. And he continued to stand there. He just apologized again. Smh.

We couldn’t even stay at this property as it was under construction, and when I called the Expedia customer service, they weren’t even helpful in the fact that they kept the insisting that the property was open even though we were sending them photographs of the property being Vacant parking lot was chained up construction. Posting was on the side of the building. There is cement bags in the lobby and then we were told that somebody would meet us at the property to let us in. So basically the hotel was empty and we were expected to stay there. It was horrible. I’m still fighting with Expedia to get my refund.
