Clean one bedroom place in a beach town. 2 minute walk to a nice beach. Host was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Fri and Sat night was loud from blaring speakers in passing cars so bring ear plugs

The place was very modern and in a very nice area so close to the beach and restaurant to eat. The pool was very nice but needed to be cleaned a bit more. Other than that we were able to Check in early and the room was very clean.

The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance.

We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean. The beach is right at the end of the street within walking distance. It was great for the location and price. There were only minor inconveniences.

Checked into the hotel on Tuesday and the owner was very helpful and answered very fast. While we had very few issues, such as the hot tub not heating up, he had it fixed that day or the next. Sometimes when booking I get nervous the pictures are better than the reality but the pictures are exactly what you are getting! The hotel is literally a minute from the beautiful beach. If you have a rental car like we did you can go so many places and it’s so amazing to have a base like the hotel. Everyday we got back my family couldn’t wait to jump onto the pool at the end of the long day! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great stay!

Place was clean and close to the beach. Caretaker was extremely helpful and even helped me repair my rental that was broke down one morning. Parking is tight. Super clean. No issues whatsoever

There was nothing good about this place. I felt I was being scammed. We had issues getting into our room because we arrived after hours and the “so called office “ close at 9pm. Tried to contact the host no answer. We had to get another room for the night and came back to this place and found no staff again although the office says open 6a-9p. Called the listed number and someone text back saying they don’t work there anymore and gave us some number which was no help. The pool was nasty there were roaches crawling around and the trash was so full that it begin to pile in the middle of the street. I traveled with 3 children my husband and an elderly person. Parking was also terrible. This was very unacceptable. I would think twice and then again before booking here. It shouldn’t even be listed. Thank goodness Expedia made this right for us and got us another room on them. Do not book!
