"Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start."

The location was excellent just 5 minute walk to Mirabella Gardens which was main attraction wanted to see and easy walk to Old town. Overall great experience. Would recommend for nice stay in Salzburg."
