"This hotel deserves 5 stars in every category, it’s absolutely lovely! We’ve never experienced a friendlier more helpful staff across the board. They made our stay delightful and it was hard to leave! It’s in a perfect location, very quiet for sleeping, excellent food, spotlessly clean. You won’t be disappointed, very highly recommend this place."

"An excellent stay for 4 nights. Large and comfortable room with great views. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had great options. Staff are wonderful - from reception to dining. An easy walk to the old town and especially convenient for the train station. Highly recommended."

"Overall, this place was just barely OK. Only one of 8 staff we interacted with were friendly, the rest did not seem to care at all that we were there. One afternoon the restaurant staff completely ignored us for 30 minutes and I found them inside chatting and playing on their phones. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, but when we advised the front desk they first said that was impossible then finally said they would look into it but they didn’t. "Very nice hotel in the heart of old Ljubjana. Ask for room #1. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. There are no elevators but our room was on the ground floor. You are steps away from all the bars and restaurants along the river. They serve a very nice breakfast. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again. I"
