"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"The place was clean and nice, apartment like set-up. The staff was helpful and pleasant."

"Always a nice place to stay, ty"

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Updated clean room. Only mild inconvenience was the elevator. Down for maintenance. But I get it, things happen. Would definitely stay again."

"Love the friendly staff they are very welcoming"

"Everything was great"

"Not the newest but generally clean and modern. It was a convenient location for a short stay."

"The afternoon valet gentleman was very helpful and friendly ! I liked that you can catch a shuttle bus to Disneyland for only seven dollars round trip per person ,"

"Front desk was so helpful in getting me into a better room. Thank you William for being quick about that. I had restful stay. Thank you"

"Great hotel a short drive from Disneyland. We had a problem checking in as our credit card is UK issued -they used the magnetic strip which caused it to be declined! It was 2am and I’d already paid for the first night but he wouldn’t let us check in and sort in the morning! Had to call credit card to get a fraud check lifted! They could have used chip and pin to avoid this! The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay! Breakfast was good!"

"Place look great"

"Overall staff was great except for one lady at the front, who didn’t want to answer any questions or help. I wish I got her name so I can put it on here. Experience turned bad due to her. They need to not hire people like that for customer service positions."
