"Check in individual was not as friendly as one would hope for. But everyone else we encountered was very nice & friendly. The room was very clean & liked it so much. The shower especially. Perfect water pressure. We had the best help when we were trying to leave with the valet guy (Zack). He was super kind & went above & beyond helping us get our car & luggage in a spot where we could load it when the police had closed off most streets for the parade. Thank you Zack!
